- Download and use our mobile applications: RacePrep, RaceNight, or RaceTrips.

- What personal information do we process? We process information you provide (name, email, vehicle setups), device permissions you grant (GPS location, camera), and usage data.
- Do we process sensitive personal information? We do not process sensitive personal information (like race, religion, or political views).
- Do we use AI? Yes, we use Artificial Intelligence to analyze your vehicle setup and race data to provide strategy recommendations. We do not share your proprietary setups with competitors.
- How do we process your information? We use it to manage your account, provide race strategies, track mileage (RaceTrips), and improve our apps.
- In what situations do we share personal information? We share data with service providers (like Google/Apple for login and hosting) but we do not sell your data to third parties.
- How do we keep your information safe? We use encryption and secure servers. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
- What are your rights? You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. We handle deletions via a manual verification process.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

- Vehicle Setup Data (Tire pressures, suspension settings, etc.)
- Race Results and History
- Photos (uploaded to your profile or Team account)
We do not process sensitive information.
We may request access to specific features on your device:
- Geolocation (GPS): Used by RaceTrips and RaceNight to track travel routes, mileage, and identify nearby tracks.
- Camera/Gallery: Used to upload profile photos or vehicle images.
- Microphone: Used only for speech-to-text input via your device's keyboard.
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication. We process your information so you can create and log in to your account. Note: RacePrep and RaceNight share a unified login system.
- To deliver services to the user. We process your information to provide race strategies, log mileage, and store your team photos.
- To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may process the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time.
- To protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
- To evaluate and improve our Services. We may process your information to identify usage trends and determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns.
We are developing features that utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning to help you understand race strategies and optimize your vehicle setup.
- AI Analysis: We may process your vehicle setup data, race times, and environmental conditions to generate recommended strategies and performance insights specifically for you.
- Data Security & Encryption: All sensitive setup data used for AI analysis is encrypted during transmission and storage.
- Proprietary Protection: We understand that your car setup is your competitive advantage. We use this data strictly to generate recommendations for your account. We do not "steal," publish, or share your specific tuning configurations with other users or competitors.
- Aggregated Training: We may use anonymized, aggregated data (where your identity and specific car details are stripped away) to improve the accuracy of our AI models generally.
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.
We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents ("third parties") who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. The categories of third parties we may share personal information with are as follows:

- User Account Registration & Authentication Services: (e.g., Google Sign-In, Apple ID)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account.

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

Upon your request to terminate your account, we utilize a manual verification process to ensure security.
- Submit a deletion request via the App or our website.
- Verify your email address.
- Allow up to 3 business days for our team to manually remove your data from our active databases.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
